Day 1- Make Pomanders

We opened up the first bag on our advent calendar.

We make pomanders every year.  It's super easy.

Limey cheated and added chocolates to the bag.

Just use a skewer to poke some holes in your oranges and then insert some whole cloves into those holes.  You can powder them with orris root for preservation but I can't be bothered.

Tie on some ribbon and hang them or pile them up in a bowl for the table.
