All Grown Up

Way back in September we bought a few day old chicks. One was an Easter Egger rooster.   At the time we weren't planning on keeping any roos but as his colour filled in we couldn't bring ourselves to get rid of him.

Now he's a full grown rooster.  We've put him in a breeding pen with some hens so he can make beautiful babies.

Grey one on the left.

Just starting to get some colour.

He won us over by this point.

In his full technicolour glory.

  1. Oh what a pretty boy, nice babies for sure:)
