Luau menus are an eclectic mix of tastes from the different ethnic groups that have immigrated to Hawaii. There's a little bit of Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Portuguese, American to name a few.
Here's what I've picked out so far;
Goat (curry, roast, stew?)
I'll probably add a cold rice dish, potato salad, a veg platter and a fruit salad. If I have time I'll make some chevre and feta as well.
