I'm so excited!  I planted brown mustard seed in my herb bed and now it is a massive plant full of seedpods.

I can't wait to make mustard. I found a great blog post on how to do it over here.  Have you ever made mustard?  How did it go?  Any tips?

  3. Awesome! That's so exciting. I've made mustard before (, and didn't know that it should cure for at least a week to mellow. I tried it right away, and the heat wasn't a pleasant heat at all - it was a burning, throat searing, painful kind of burn. So my tip is to wait to taste it! Have fun! I can't wait to see how it goes for you!
