I'm a lazy bread maker. I have hand-kneaded dough in the past but I don't find it particularly fulfilling so I just use a bread machine to do the heavy lifting. So easy. Just throw all the ingredients in, press the dough cycle and then complete any extra rolling, shaping and rising before popping in the oven. Cooking in the bread machine is a no-no in this house. It just makes dry, weird tasting bread.
These buns are fabulous. You can find a million recipes on the net for them, just search for butterhorns or crescent buns. They are quick, easy and impressive. Excuse me while I go eat the entire batch.
